The terrace house

Is situated in Andalusia - in the Manilva village at the Costa del Sol (approx. 100 km south of Malaga), viewing Sierra Bermeja, wine valleys and the Mediterranean. Walking distance to the sea is 1,5 km. The urbanisation Monte Viñas - a part of Manilva village/town - has it's own pools (see www.stenbocken.com/montevinas).
The terrace house is a 68-sqm big two-storey building with a terrace of 45 sqm.
The house is fully equipped and has a open fireplace. Parking space just outside the house.
